Know what you’ll do the coming day and plan things for it before leaving for the day. This not only removes the guesswork from your workday, but it may also provide you with some insights or ideas on how to do the work better.

Create a list

If you begin early, you are more likely to complete more tasks on time. Of course, this should be reflected in your work schedule, but starting early also signifies that there is other stuff you can do to keep you alert, such as a workout routine and a nutritious breakfast.

Starting early also reduces stress because you have more than enough time to get to work and do anything else you need to get done.

Create a Filing System

Although the majority of your files will most likely be digital, you must still know where everything is saved. Searching for misplaced items will take up as much time as looking for lost files.

You must ensure that all of your files are in their proper location. You should also keep a master document that lists all of your files and their locations.
